Yes, I was at his store to ask where the item was. As soon as the door opened the whole office was filled with boxes to the ceiling.

Before covid he mentioned that he had his dad work with him so it was always a one man operation.

And now he's doing USA shipping?

The fact that he is writing paragraphs upon paragraphs and not actually fulfilling orders or understanding how outlook works and how he can organize his emails, he is not responding at all or giving you the run around.

Don't fall for any of his crap, this has been going on for years and years. He's gonna do this until your 180 days are up or steal 15%.

As far as supporters, he has none... It's all paid reviews for the discount coupon.

The US shipping is definitely a weird decision. Even supposing that he was being honest and trying his best, if he can't deal with his current Canadian customers and their orders, why open up a new potential can or worms in US buyers?

About your first line there, what did he say in response to that? I assume you asked him about an item that should have been in stock at that point.

Yes it was for a preorder That I placed last September
I found the items in a store and I was worried this guy wasn't going to send me my items as they had been out for some time in other places.
I knew I would have to pay a restocking fee and I told him I was fine with that. I just wanted to get back most of my money. I hope this guy gets shut down soon.

You can get your money back! This guy tried to scam me out of over 500 in merch. Do not let this guy get away with it. Contact your bank ASAP and explain the issue.. If its a pre-order item, you have more time.
