it came in a box that huge for 1 tiny head?

at least Hasbro is being cool enough to do this for the fans, because it looked awful with out those paint apps.
still blows my mind that I go into EB games and see a ton of these figures, they should just recall them all with the unpainted helmets and send out the ones with fixed issues.

Looks like hasbro is offering replacement helmets for the dino thunder white ranger. My interest in this figure just increased x100.

I hope mine comes this week. I sent an email to them like the day they said they'd do replacement heads and still nothing. They said they'd ship it so it SHOUULD be coming, I really hope.

Send them an email or live chat explaining the paint on your Helmet is missing and then they will send you a number to write down on a piece of paper and take a photo of your figure with the number and you'll get your replacement. Remember to include your name and address sk they can send you the replacement. Here's my email if you want to copy it:

Dear Hasbro,

I purchased the Lightning Collection Dino Thunder White Ranger and it was missing the Black outline around the red visor on the Helmet. Can you please send me a replacement Helmet for this factory defectived helmet. As you can see in the artwork on the box and the figure photo on the back of the box the action figure with in does not match how it is depicted because the black outline deco has not been painted on the Helmet visor. I have sent the receipt of purchase and photos of the figure and the box.

The new Helmet looks amazing. Been to Vaughan Mills EB and they have 2 defensive White Dino Thunder Rangers and also Newmarket EB had 2 as well.

Just put in a ticket with hasbro customer care, requesting a replacement helmet. Reference the twitter post for good measure.

I recommend using chat support over email if you have the time (they can be slow getting to emails).

Either way, you'll get a reference number that you'll have to write down on a piece of paper and photograph next to your figure.
