Stopped by my EB to check on my X-Force pre-order set and the guy sounded like Bon Jovi and was telling me to keep the faith and I'll get the call when it comes in.

I have had this go both ways with EB recently where it never gets filled (hello Thing) or it arrives, don't get called initially, they are all gone, but then they make good and called me within a few days (SWB jumptrooper). This EB has been good to deal with and my last few legends pre-orders have been filled so this would be a miss on an otherwise successful pre-order experience for the last few Legends releases.

Con exclusive hulk with pipe
and the Collector and Grandmaster 2 pack

Silver snail booth had a few storms boxes/cards were a bit ragged going for 35 no tax.

Got beast, jubilee and night crawler and storm.

It's possible most of EB's stock is at their booth at FanExpo right now.

I doubt they would do that. People have money down on these preorders (some of the preorders), so that would be a dick move on their part.

they had all the hasbro show exclusives this year... so what ever those we... they had them. Grand master and collector and hulk were there others?
