Nice discount, but I can wait for a better sale. Mostly because I only really want Zemo out of the 2 waves.
I was in TRU a few weeks back when they just did a new setup of cap/spidey/Avengers stuff, snagged 2 aim and 2 hydra. I have a buddy in the states who has snagged me 3 hydra and 2 aim, so have 5 and 3, personally I'd rather get them at retail now, then kick myself later on when I want more but refuse to pay $40-60/figure, it happened to shield figures, kree, skrull, sentinels, army building is expensive though.

I asked if they had any in stock since I haven't seen any at their store in a few weeks.
The gentleman said 24 on hand-they might not have worked them to the floor-busy-short staffed etc. etc.
Went in the back and brought out all 3 cases for me!

Awesome Haul!

So I guess several factors are gonna make Black Widow super hard to find in Canada (when/if that wave gets released here):
- only TRU is carrying the Cap Legends (so far)
- one per case
- everyone needs her to finish their Mandroid(s)
- scalper's dream!

Darn, didn't know she was going to be 1 per case. That really sucks!

Yes, it's a pretty stupid move on Hasbro's part. They wasted so much plastic on Mandroid limbs and heads that will go unused because of the shortage of torso parts available.

Also, why wouldn't they try to get that unreleased Batroc figure into the Cap line, especially since he's actually in the film. It would have been nice if they have done even one Batroc with torso part per case, alongside Black Widow, and dropped out 1 of the 3 Movie Caps they're shipping.

One per case for Widow? Ah, I really hate Hasbro. That's the one figure everyone wants to finish their 6" Avengers team.

Re: Marvel Legends Infinite Series Captain America Released in Canada

I am starting to get really worried that we won't even see the second wave of the Cap line at TRU given how much stock the company has left in the way of pegwarmers. My biggest concern though at the moment is if we will even see any at all from walmart or target. My local target had an endcap devoted to cap toys, and it was all but empty, so maybe they are holding a bunch until closer to the movie release?

Hasbro's marketing team:

"This movie is about Spider-man, right? Ok, we will fill the box with Spider-men."

"Oh, this movie is about Captain America, right? We will fill the box with more Captain Americas."

Also, it looks like Walmart is raising the prices up on the legends line. Whelp.

Re: Marvel Legends Infinite Series Captain America Released in Canada

I really don't think we'll see the Cap series at Canadian retail aside from TRU, my LCS has the price $5 more than the Spidey series and doesn't know why. If WM and Target were worried about putting a bunch of Captain America figures on their shelves and thought they may not move at $24.99, that could be the reason we don't see them.
