EB Games rarely answers their customer service number. I think there's a chat feature on the website that actually works. Try that instead.

It's unfortunate that the toys are the only decent part of the Power Rangers franchise right now.

Yup and it's even worse when you take into consideration that the toys still aren't as good as they could be or maybe even should be. The comics are supposed to be alright but I'm not really a comic reader and have only read the first 20 issues of the MMPR run. It was decent but felt too much like a fan fic.

These look great. They made quite a few improvements with the paint and the helmet sculpting on each figure. They even fixed the way the helmets sit on the neck (each head sits higher so you can actually see the necks now).

I may pick up a set, but Pulses price is steep. With shipping and taxes, it's coming up to $220 CAD. That's around $45-ish per figure. As these are Pulse exclusives, I don't think any retailer will get these (could be wrong, but wouldn't want to take the chance). I wish they would have made a boxed set instead as that may have been a better deal.

Good news for those of you who ordered Pudgy Pig from Amazon.ca. Mine just arrived and wow this figure is spectacular! It's my first monster figure from the larger line and hope they make figures like this going forward consistently.

There is not much I can do now until Monday morning hopefully I can get an answer then.
