I've given up on retail for G.I. Joe.

I've been buying from the guys who specialize in action figures. I just buy case lots now. I don't have to check the shelves, it is refreshing.

This. I have stopped going to retail altogether. Got better things to do these days than spend gas toy hunting and always seeing nothing but shelfwarmers or empty pegs.
