^ Can't wait for that HT Hulk to go with the rest of the Avengers. Just to see a 1/6th size figure that big is going to be awesome.

Forget Batman and Iron Man (just kidding!), but Hot Toys just showed pics of their new 1/6 Robocop and ED-209.

Robocop was my childhood hero as kid alongside Prime and Golion Voltron, so I'll absolutely HAVE to get this figure.

Yeah I saw that this morning. I was just watching the movies over the weekend, wish I had the room and budget for it. Being a diecast, I'm sure robocop without the seat is $300+

Sideshow just put up their preorders.
$300 for Robocop
$425 for Robocop + chair
$410 for ED-209

Unless the chair-set has something else OTHER than just the chair, I'm getting that just-Robo for sure. I'm super-stoked for this, since this was pretty much the only non-Ironman Hot Toys that I was waiting for info on.

Re: Hot Toys or other 1/6th goodness that makes our wallets cry

I'm some what torn about getting the Robocop. For one thing Enterbay will be releasing a 1:4 scale Robocop figure with even better functions. There's also a teaser pic of an removable helmet.
That might hint that Enterbay does have the license for using Peter Weller's likeliness. But that also means that their fierce competitor also can and did acquired that. Which begs the question why it's not included in this Hot Toys release. If not, when and how?

I've been dealing with Marcio at Super Power Collectibles for almost 2 years now. Amazing guy, always will help a fellow collector out. With that said, the DX joker figure had a weird release schedule from SideShow (where SPC gets their stock from) and only the exclusive were released months ago. Now finally the regular version are being releasdd and finally be distributed to other stores. You have nothing to worry about, hope that helps.
