Why not gets traffic into the store and aggressively clears stock.

People get this stuff all the time. Often it's luck but that's what makes it fun. If you find it it's a steal.

There's a chance, but who knows. Exclusivity windows seem to be shrinking these days, but since it's Hasbro's own exclusive, it may not have an expiry.

But some Hasbro Pulse exclusives did come to GameStop in Canada, like the animated Venom, and Elvis Modok. However those exclusives were available at the same time. They weren't delayed.

You could wait and see if it comes to Canada, but you may be waiting a long time, or forever. Shipping from Hasbro Pulse maxes out at about $25 USD, so if you get a few items, it could be worth it, and they ship when it comes in stock, so you don't have to wait until the whole order is filled before shipping. Pulse also adds the GST and PST or HST, so there are no customs fees, or brokerage charges.
