I'm looking to sell 700 or so open and in package action figures

What's the best way to do it.

I'm probably interested in keeping maybe 20-25 action figures of the 700+ i have. But how do I sell them?

I'm scratching my head on this one. I spent 15 K or more, and I know i will get very little of that 15 K back, but I want the space back. Most of the figures are loose and displayed.

Any advice?

I know there's craigslist etc, but I don't want any kooks in my house or anything like that...

If you're looking to unload them in bulk, talk to Mike at Bounty Hunter Toys. He usually only trades with store credit, but depending on what you're selling, he may pay cash outright. He isn't looking to screw you either, and should offer decent prices.

Big B Comics also pays cash for action figures, but they are known to be VERY stingy with what they pay you for something. They will then take what you sold them and sell it in their store for a much higher price.

I would suggest kool stuff toys in hamilton. Jeff the owner of the place is a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend him. He is located at 847 king street east in hamilton.

You could rent a dealer table at a local expo/con

Could sell here as well. And as for Craigslist or Kijiji, just post pictures. You don't have to have people enter your house

eBay in lots. Divide by genre or comic or size, etc. Local ads here take forever and often fall through or only sell singles.

How do I ship the stuff though? I've never done anything like that before.
