-Mcfarlane Sports Pick NHL (Mainly Leafs)
-Round 5 MMA/UFC
-MOTUC
-Horror action figures
-Star Wars new and vintage
-Hot Wheels Batmobiles (the little ones)
I also have a ridiculous movie collection, mainly horror and cult titles, and I also collect a few comics.
In a perfect world, I'd definitely collect a few Hot Toys.

GI-Joe 25th/ROC/POC (mainly figures, very limited vehicles)
Tron Legacy - so far just the 4" figures & die-cast vehicles
Lego SW, and a few other select themes (e.g. Ferrari).
IDW GI-Joe comics
1:18 Die-Cast Model Cars (mostly exotics)
DVD & Blu-Ray Movies, and PS2 & PS3 games
That's all I can think of right now.
