Yep - and there is nothing you can do or say no matter how clearly mis-priced it is. Thought it would have been addressed by now.

Yeah, but it's *excluuuusive*... More like being held hostage, if you ask me.

Plus, Sentinel will be releasing their own Spider-Man Noir (probably next year), which will be far, far superior to this overpriced, closed box, BS from Hasbro.

And by that point, the value would only be like 20-30 dollars more than the Hasbro exclusive, depending on what they pack-in

Their M.O. seems to be "if it doesn't sell, raise the price."

Yup. Spiderman Noir will sit on shelves for the next year, mean while Americans will be picking him up for $10 by the time Holiday season rolls around. It's become comical at this point. I'm still wondering who exactly do they expect to buy these? It's definitely not kids. It's definitely not the average collector with a budget. Are they betting it all on the 10 collectors out there that are loaded and don't care? Or is it the brand loyalists that will gladly go hungry if it means getting the new over priced release? My biggest question though is why these stores will happily sit on these overpriced sets for a year or longer at full retail without it going on sale. If it didn't sell at that price originally within the first year, what makes them think it will sell the next?

Damn that is a perfect pack in my opinion. Retro Card/Box? Check. Modular Iron Man in cartoon, and by extension Capcom colours? Check. Cartoon Tony Alt head? Check. Proton Cannon? Check. And even more accessories? Check.

Again, perfection in my opinion. The only downside will be the price.

Something about it looks cheap though. I think the lack of paint.

You mean the standard practice of Legends?

It definitely shows through more on Iron Man figures compared to non-metallic based characters. However I don't care, this is hitting all the right nostalgia spots for me.
