Complain to customer service(chat). They'll offer to exchange by default. However, you can tell them that would be burdensome, and ask for a credit\discount instead.

I have ordered once, some in stock items. Very fast shipping, professional communication throughout. Good packaging. I have also done a pre-order with him, which is still waiting to stock. I have heard only positive feedback from a few others I know who have ordered several times.
