Yes, you can use PayPal for in stock items that ship to Canada, but they'll only accept credit card for pre-orders.

Was told from someone that they only accept paypal from Credit Card payments. What about paypal balances?

I haven't heard of that before... I didn't think retailers were able to tell what source your Paypal payment was coming from. I thought that was part of the point of Paypal? I can't see why it would make a difference to them. I've paid many times with either CC or my bank account, it hasn't made a difference as far as what a company will accept. Who knows though? It's Hasbro, anything's possible with them!
