toy mistakes

Hey all,

I picked up a TMNT playmates toy Shredder with the Kraang name plate on it from Wal-Mart a few weeks ago. Was wondering how common these are? and if you guys have found similar? Have you guys found a lot of mistakes in the toy world?

I still have a mosc Neca TMNT Leo with Raph's name on the card. I have a Transformers Armada deluxe Prime with unpainted head. (vehicle mode in package so you don't know the head is unpainted)

My recent find was a TMNT Barbarian Raphael with the horns paint the opposite way. I kept that one unopened and bought a 2nd one to open.
