7 days? I had them cancel tony hawk collectors edition because of credit card authorization issues and emailed them twice about it. Never got a response. And their call center is shut down. My suggestion would be to message the Twitter account.

Same here. They cancelled my pre-ordered Mysterio because my CC had expired since the date I ordered. I sent them 2 emails, no response. I figured it would pass the 10 days and get cancelled, so grabbed one at TRU when I saw it.

I think there was something about it being an EB exclusive. Those Amazon listings are third party sellers.

OK thanks - EB doesn't sell out too often... but I'm a little nervous about this one. I've gotten basically everything X-Men from the last month and bit... if Storm and Thunderbird are more or less accessible this should be.
