Can anyone tell me what this is exactly? I found the photo online but I can't identify it. It looks like it combines with the Legacy Megazord but the photo is so blurry I can't read what the toy is actually called....

Looks like a Dragonzord that can combine with the Original Megazord but it's packaged under Power Rangers Samurai brand ?
