17,656 / 8,000 (+76) This has been staying steady over the past couple weeks at an average of about 60 backers a day. Slightly higher than I expected, but I guess that is a good sign. It should be fun to see how this goes in the last couple days.

Utter boredom?




It was just one of those things I started doing because I was interested in seeing how previous projects went during the funding period. I honestly didn't think I would have the desire, or willpower, to keep going as long as I have. However I think it really kicked into high gear thanks to last years 3 Haslabs at the same time. It was much easier to keep updating, and tracking, when I could compare them to each other in real time.



Now it is a bit more tricky because it seems Hasbro learned their lesson and so far this year Haslabs either haven't overlapped, or just barely overlapped for a week or so.


Also, as I posted before, it helps that I am an early riser, so it gives me a couple hours to myself before the kids wake up. That let's me get a bunch of things done, whether it is work related, household related, or just my own hobbies/watching shows.


If I didn't have that time I wouldn't be bothered with updating nearly as regularly. Oh and having been a business owner for nearly 20 years, and a store manager before that for 6 years, I have a lot of experience with numbers and tracking. I could do more detailed tracking, but honestly I'll leave that to others who already do that online, and just stick to my little slice of information.

The HISS Tank displayed at SDCC seemed to have additional paint details. Looked great!

It will be interesting to see how big a boost it gets in the final days. With no stretch goals to hit, less would be best for collectors.

18,170 / 8,000 (+120) Triple digit gain again, and on a weekend. Well we are getting close to the end so hopefully that means the daily numbers will start to go higher each day. I guess we'll see soon enough.
