Pre-orders for that wave went up in December, I've got mine in at Toy Snowman, but I know the other Canadian stores have theirs up too. It's just the big box stores that haven't had them up, not that I'd trust any of them to fulfill anyways.

Got mine the other day too. I lucked out for the most part, it wasn't crushed but 2 corners were slightly bent. Good enough to live with, cuz I don't think it's available on their website anymore?

Yeah I do see it is gone off their site now. Opened a ticket via email to see what I can do. My bubble is crushed and broken open at the bottom. Card bent in several places.

For some reason the bubble mailer had a huge orange sticker saying cargo plane only. Totally weird on an action figure and not a battery. LOL. This one shipped from Langley BC depot to me.

Mine came from Brampton, ON to me in Niagara, so luckily no air flight. I am usually pretty lucky with things that come by Canada Post, as my small-town post office takes care in handling and also keeps the packages at the PO for me to pick up. My friend in the city had his folded and stuffed into his community mailbox. Plenty of blame to go around.
