Anyone else notice an expansion of the toy aisle at their stores?

About half of the stores I have visited lately now have the toy aisle expanded to about 1/3 of another aisle. Plus most of them also now have toys near the cash registers.

Found the Webstor wave in Ottawa at the Dollarama on Montreal road. There were only the four and I bought them.

Scalpers are out in force in facebook marketplace regarding dollarama origins and masterverse. Webstor wave is offered in Ontario for $40-$50 a figure. Masterverse Evil Lyn/Roboto wave $100 for the set.

Always unfortunate when scalpers start taking part in fun finds. On the other hand, this will probably continue to encourage Dollarama to keep stocking these kinds of figures since they're likely flying off shelves.

Hopefully distributers will have additional MOTU product to supply to them and this wasn?t just a one off

I'd have to think them being available for this cheap (less than 5 dollars wholesale) is a bit of an outlier and probably won't happen often, though hopefully it does. If Dollarama does introduce new pricepoints, then that would definitely increase the likelihood of seeing more toys of this 'caliber' at Dollarama.
