Looking for a MISB 6" Flash

Any Barry Allen standard costume will do.
I've been to a dozen LCS looking for one and all are mysteriously sold out

must be the popularity of the TV show.
Hoping to p/u in the Greater Toronto Area.
I need one MISB to give as a gift.
