Fair enough but at the end of the day you can't always rely on someone to post po's as soon as they drop so if one wants something really bad theyll have to make sure they're on top of it themselves.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Got my Blade from Amazon today and 3 out of the 4 figures I ordered from Best Buy for $9.95 each. So far Best Buy has been accurate. Fingers crossed the final one (Commander Rogers), who I wanted the most, will arrive.

The weird thing is that Best Buy sent the first 3 by Intelcom but Commander Rogers is coming through Purolator.

Most likely coming from different warehouses.

Surprisingly good. They were in a large flat box that was able to hold all 3 of them without damage and not too much, or too little, space. So they arrived fine.

Unlike my recent Amazon orders. Blade arrived in a too small box, like my Classified Low-Light, so the tops of both figure boxes were bent causing a big crease on the back of the box that won't go away. Even if I flatten them out.

At least you got a box. My Iron Man arrived in a literal plastic bag. Not even bubble mailer. Just flimsy plastic bag. I couldn't believe it. I now remember why I don't order off amazon unless there's a deal on there that's too good to pass up.

From packaging to customer service, Amazon has gone way downhill.

Which is to be expected. The service level that brought them success was never something that could be sustained as more and more people started using and relying on the service.

I guess I've been fortunate with postal services and courier.
I had a few items arrived in a mailer bag but nothing was damaged or broken. Where I had orders from China in a box and protect wraped inside and still, the toys inside has damanged packaging.
