He ripped me off a bunch of money when he partially refunded me that took about a year to get. He shouldnt be in business and I dont know how he is still in business.

Its been two years and they refuse to meet me to do a pick up for my order, or ship it. I've offered to give them more money to ship my stuff since I've had to move, but they are ignoring me.

2 years and still holding $300 of mine.

Just wondering in case anyone else was thinking about CC'ING consumer@ontario.ca regarding their order.

Unfortunately all you really need to operate a business is a business license, which is really just a registration.

Aside from consumer protection agencies, there's no real oversight or governing body who says who can have a business and who can't.

I'm still looking into my case. I thought I can just get a reversal charge but the credit card company had to start a dispute which is more time consuming...

But I noticed he stopped responding to Google reviews like he used to. Also no new stock on his website and he is posting way less about pre-orders.
It looks like the ship is sinking
