With Ahmed Best back voicing Jar Jar no less. I can't wait for this one.

Just the fact that Ahmed Best is back voicing Jarr Jarr is good enough for me!

Re: The Clone Wars: Season 3 Episode 3 Discussion Thread

I finally caught up to this episode tonight.

I went in with a fair amount of trepidation. With Toydaria being in Hutt Space I admit the nerd in me was concerned about the idea of Toydaria negociating with the Republic like a sovereign state, when they are not.

Anyway that aside I found I really enjoyed this Episode. Jar Jar made me laugh several times and it was great to hear Best doing the voice again.

I really liked that the Toydarians would not openly risk their treaties for the Republic, but helped illegally none the less.

Jedi Master Ima Gunna Di( Dumn name, and that is his real name in the show) lived up to his name. Despite having this spoiled by Filoni I think the scenes with Master Di and his clones fighting the droid armies were some of the very best this series has delivered.

His scenes all worked great and were accompanied by a great score whcih added to the tension and drama.

All in all, despite some nerdcism, this episode is really entertaining.

Not my favorite episode, but enjoyable nonetheless. Would've liked to have seen some more battle scenes and a little less Jarr Jarr, but what chya gonna do?

I watched this agin tonight. The political stuff is still a bit meh but the battle on Ryloth stand out really well even still. All in all I think I liked it more the second time around.
