Recently opened up that newest Yellow Ranger with the ground-blast effects. Part of one of the ground effects got smushed and bent at an odd angle. I tried warming it up and shaping it, but its not quite right. Any tips?

I assume this is going to be a common problem with these soft-plastic effects being crammed into window-less packages

Heat it up and hold it in the position you want for like 10 minutes. Should fix it. If it didn't work like you said it's likely cause you didn't warm it up enough or you didn't hold it in the position for long enough.

You would need to warm it up then find a way to brace it in its natural position while it cools down.

Was the Yellow Ranger's helmet painted properly? The artwork on the box accurately depicts the mouth area, but the cg renders have the silver not filling-in enough of the area.

Thanks. A coke can seems to be the right shape, so I'm going to try to secure it to that with elastics. Hopefully it helps


As for the paint, the mouth area on the figure has the same paint issues you noticed on the renders. Makes the mouth look weirdly small. The new Blue Ranger seems fine.

Not sure if I can pop the older Yellow helmet off and replace the new one, yet. Haven't tried. The helmets are slightly different shapes, but not sure about the neck-peg.

The current wave is full of QC issues, perhaps the most effed up wave of Lightning Collection, and that's an accomplishment.
