Do they charge when item is shipped or when it's picked up?

I checked my card and Lizard was not charged.

So anyone get Silk & Doc Ock 2 Pack from Amazon Canada? everyone in America got it, but my order said it was released on the 1st of September and it was coming yesterday now it says "not shipped" did anyone get it in Canada yet or can we presume Amazon is at their usual tricks of over selling under stocking and making the US a priority?

Same thing happened with my Hawkeye and Kate Bishop. Said it was out on the first but still hasn't shipped. I'm guessing it's Amazon being Amazon and they haven't actually been released here yet.

Ah yes I see I got that E-mail as well, good ol Amazon.ca doing what they do, lets just hope this isn't an arctic storm shadow all over again, I mean they had the pre-orders open until like a few days before the figures were set to release you'd imagine they would have closed it down if they had no more stock ordered, but it was weirdly onsale as well which would make you think that they had so much available potential stock they were trying to get rid of it, Ah well hope we get this soon.

hey why don't you contact Walmart Canada and get them to figure out what has happened to the order, they actually attempt to be helpful, if you have an order number from the e-mail when you placed the order they will be able to see whats what.

I did try a live chat and they said they would get back to me in less than 3 days. It's been 5 days now and no reply. I'm going to try the phone number tomorrow.

Yeah sometimes you just gotta be persistent with them, try the live chat again, yeah give them a call, keep demanding where the item is, if you for sure placed the order and have all the documentation proving it, you have a right to know what is going on with the item you were essentially promised. '
