Winners Clearance - Star Wars and G.I. Joe
Winners is currently clearing out some of their older action figures for $3 each. Included in the clearance are the older Star Wars Build a Droid Figures, G.I.Joe Combat Heroes and Star Wars Galactic Heroes.
The figures on clearance were sighted at a Winners in Winnipeg.

I don't know if Jabba's fat dancer qualifies as good, but that one that my wife saw as well as the Galactic Heroes and Combat Heroes.

Zip, zilch, and nada at my Winners. No Star Wars or GIJoe at all. The only thing they had of any note was the Superion 5 pack. $49.99.
