If it is a Cobra Commander it should be the armoured version. I already have 3 variants of the current one.

Unfortunately it seems that the Hooded CC is a thing of the past now. Hasbro seems to be saying, without saying, that the hood is too likely to be associated with the KKK/hate groups. So it probably won't ever see the light of day again.
Hopefully I'm wrong, but for now that seems to be the prevailing theory.

Final tier has to be some sort of trailer, in the reveal stream they showed the side ports, missiles racks for the first unlock. They pointed out the ports on the turret, 3rd unlock more guns. And then they showed the hitch on the back, what would it be for if not an unlockable?
