Amazon.ca has Wave 2 Gung Ho, CC, and Red Ninja listed along with an exclusive Storm Shadow Arctic version. $29.99 each.
Edit: TJ and I posting at almost the same time! 
Edit 2: Hasbro Pulse has PDD for 24.99 USD.

I preordered Gung Ho and Cobra Commander.
Hopefully Amazon.ca can get their act together before November and stop canceling most of our preorders....
