Whether Canada will continue to get them in reasonable distribution is TBD.

The massive delay between W9 in the states versus here is concerning.

Cross the border and I'm sure you could find W9 without stress, but for whatever reason our Canadian outlets aren't receiving them.. or haven't order them.

It will most certainly survive retail in the US with no problems. It's just Canada where it's becoming concerning. The line is still selling decently without a doubt but it takes WAY too long to clear out old waves and the new price won't help that going forward. Normally this would be alleviated by putting things on deep clearance but that's a thing that rarely ever happens in Canadian retail anymore.

So you're paying $34 plus tax for a PRLC figure now. Near 40 after tax.

That's quite the jump.

Because Amazon.ca has been perpetually 'sold out' on Wave 9 for a long while. It's unreliable for Canadian distribution.

Yeah, It's really real. I was at my WM earlier in the evening and saw the new price tag too. I wouldn't mind if the product we got reflected the price increase but it doesn't.

It sucks somewhat. Not sure why we are getting price adjusted by Hasbro.
Altho this is nothing new, as I recall when I first got into comics, there's a Canadian and US price tag.

Yeah, it's kind of nuts. $315 for all 6 with tax, so that's ~$52 per figure. That's truly overpriced for what's still the Lightning Collection quality of figures. If EB Games gets the sets, I'll order from their instead (the Edge discount is really useful).

Will EB get these sets? that's the only way we MAY get a somewhat reasonable price for these sets. If EB is getting them they should be up for PO by tomorrow.
