NERDGASM stormed The Bathurst Street Theatre in it’s debut back on December 10
th for a sold out house of over 500 people (plus several Imperial Stormtroopers). And now it’s back for more.........
NERDGASM is a stand up comedy spectacular unlike any other in Canada that celebrates not only the icons of nerd culture, but also the nerd experience. Gathering together some of Toronto’s finest (and nerdiest) comedians for a night of esoteric, and intellectual humour. For a show this great, nothing less than a theatre would suffice.
Nikki Payne. Nikki is a
three time Canadian Comedy Award winner plus a two time Gemini Award nominee. Nikki was also a semi-finalist on
NBC’s Last Comic Standing and was selected as one of “
The Top Ten Most Memorable Moments”. In addition to her regular touring, Nikki is a favourite of comedy festivals, and in the weeks leading up to
NERDGASM, she will be appearing at both the Winnipeg and Halifax comedy festivals.

Ryan Belleville. Now Magazine describes Ryan as "Silly and Surreal" and "
One of Canada's top comedic talents."
Winner of a Canadian Comedy Award, and the Phil Hartman Award, Ryan was also the youngest comic to tape his own Comedy Now! special for CTV.
Ryan has appeared on
Comedy Central's Live at Gotham,
CBS’ The Late Late Show and CBC's The Sean Cullen Show. A favourite at comedy festivals, Ryan has
appeared five times at Montreal’s prestigious Just for Laughs, and twice at the Halifax Comedy Festival.
Gavin Stephens will be our host for
NERDGASM. Gavin has starred in all 5 seasons of CTV’s “
Comedy Inc.”, and is one of the only three performers to record two stand up comedy specials as part of CTV’s “
Comedy Now”. He is one
E! networks "
Top 10 canadian comics" and has recently appeared along side Margaret Cho, Janeane Garofalo, and Kanye West @ Austin Texas prestigious Texas music festival
SXSW.
