Precautionary Measures

im not sure if a thread already exist, but im posting this to warn othesr how to handle their Marvel figs carefully,

last night i was opening my Capt America figure (hit monkey series), i was trying to put his shield on his back, i was trying to fit it nicely but after a few try the PEG on the shield broke.
now im trying to fix it, i was thinking super glue would do the trick but im afraid it would take more to it, i need to drill a small hole and put a small metal wire or something to support it then glue it together.

anyway just a precaution to others that PEG on Capt's shield....it easily breaks!!!

Thanks for the warning, a little late for me though. My Steve Rogers variant shield snapped while trying to place it on his arm.

I have been thinking. Why not customize your figure so that the shield can attached to the back with magnets? I got inspired by the movie design. It shouldn't be too hard.

At least if you need to replace Cap or his shield from the Hit Monkey series he is at Giant Tiger for $12 along with other wave mates except maybe ArchAngel.
