Technically the Zeo Cogs were just Pulse exclusive, not PulseCon exclusive. Probably doesn't matter though.

I don't see it as the stores screwing up, when I bought my stuff on Monday I told them I was shocked because of pulse Con being next month and they checked and rechecked their systems found no reason not to sell usually they would have a street date or something. When I saw someone post about Pudgy Pig I realized I forgot to check for it so I called which the employee laughed and told me I was right they had received an email from head office to not sell the items but that came a day late. And they didn't have Pudgy Pig lol.

Yeah the cogs are pulse exclusive but also had the same street date Oct 22nd.
