Re: The LEGO thread

When you said the pieces broke, do you mean the actual bricks used broke or that the pieces just woudn't stay together? Not a big fan of Megabloks but it wouldn't surprise me if they made Halo.

Re: The LEGO thread

The prongs of the "claw" on the foot peices used there actually snapped and broke after a while. And while I'm not a big MBs fan, I would have to get at least one set to have a little Grunt, Brute, Spartan, etc.

Re: The LEGO thread

I see it now, the post problably put more pressure on the bottom piece than it could handle. BTW, do you ever pop off and switch your minifig arms for MOCs?

All the time. I actually plan to give the dark gray arms of the Clone Gunner from the Battle Pack to my Gordon Freeman custom.

Re: The LEGO thread

Ran into a Lego rep at TRU yesterday. She gave me 2 minutes to look through the 2009 catalogue. The new Space Police and Agents sets are great!

Re: The LEGO thread

I got my first Power Miner set today, the Claw Digger, it's pretty cool. I love teh rock monster and the build was just plain fun. The actual set is quite fun and it looks great, even though I still am not 100% sold on bright orange and lime green.

I believe Ahsoka's fighter is actually a slightly different design (based off the same model of craft) while the droid ship is a different kind entirely. I don't know what the WTF is for, since I'm sure there are people who would'nt mind more Vultures.

I plan to get it eventually, as I want the Starfighter and it's peices, I like Vulture droids and I need Ahsoka's head peice for my Shaak Ti custom.
