I sent an email to Hasbro Pulse complaining about the shipping company used. I'm more worried when the VAMP comes.

Well, Amazon.ca went and cancelled my Metal-Head order. No warning, nothing. Just up and cancelled it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service to no avail. Hopefully they'll get stock in in April and I'll be able to put in another order. I'm definitely not happy about it though.

Oh man, that was a dark time.

I have had them outright not ship preorders too. I had some of the latest ML on preorder... I got all of the wave but 2 of them, they just sat in the shipping soon state for weeks. (They went on sale too so I ended up just ordering them again for a lower price and cancelling the preorder.)

That's what happened with my Arctic Storm Shadow. Pre-ordered only to have it cancelled. Never saw it come back in stock again after either.

In other news, I was unfortunately right, as I predicted that the RAM with NF Shockwave would be $75.

Honestly, I'm terrified now whenever I get shipments from Hasbro Pulse. Knowing that DHL will use Intelcom for last mile shipping causes me a lot of anxiety.

This is actually why I don't buy from Ebay or toysrus.ca anymore. They use Intelcom. I'm considering not ordering from Pulse anymore because of this. At this point, I'd rather pay for shipping to ensure they use Fedex or even Canadapost.
