Broke down and got the carbonized Ned B and Purge Trooper set. Here's the Purge Trooper comparison.

I'm assuming the carbonized one is on the left? I can barely see any real difference.

It is. In person, he looks a bit different. It's more charcoal in colour.

I like that it's not too different and I can use him more as a squad leader or something.

I mainly got it for Ned.

They got Dengar on Amazon for $20 Black Friday if anyone needs him. They also got Din when he sneaks into the Imperial base with Mayfield for $20 too as well as Andor and Endor Leia for $21. That seems to be the biggest discounted figures. Everything else is only a few bucks off.
