True, valid point. I did get an email saying thanks for the order and they will be couriered shortly so hoping that's a positive confirmation.

anyways. im a pulse premium member, my order has already been processed there should ship before EB games anyways. I preordered a March 2021 set so I had an extra body for selene.

EB games shouldnt post preorders on their site if they cant fulfill them. This is the second "preorder" cancelled even though they preemptively charged my cc.

i notice they havent cancelled the Logan and Charles set.. and that is still in stock. Clearly they took one too many orders... and Im sure I placed my order earlier than most.

All my EB orders confirmed as well, and no cancellations so hopefully they all go through. I know my Ghostbusters and GI Joe exclusives shipped already, so I’m hoping the rest do too.

As far as I'm aware, EB does not charge your card until they are ready to ship. Correct me if I'm wrong. And my charge happened like 20 hours after I put in my order. It's not like they instantly charged my CC when I put my order in.

As for the date change, it happens when they run out of the current stock and expect to receive more later. Happens all the time with the NECA stuff.

So I'm still hopeful that my Hellfire Club will ship soon even though there was a date change. But guess we'll see.

I talked to my bank the charges were pending

Not a problem on my end. EB games website takes 7 days for responses when they say it should only take 24 hrs

Ridiculous

I’m not sure; I’ve had them take money but then they returned it and move the ship date. So Idk. Time will tell.

Still trying to update my shipping address on an order finally got a response 7 days later that makes no sense

“ Please note that due to security reasons any changes made to the shipping information would also be reflected on your billing information on your Credit Card.

Would it please be possible to confirm if this is the case?”

Wtf

I already confirmed my billing address. I want the item shipped to another address ... I emailed them a week ago and of course their call center has been closed since March
