Forgot to mention I saw that as well when I was at Dollarama. It is so tiny and light it really is garbage in my opinion. You can't use it with any of the existing figures (3.75").
As per your Marvel Legends findings. Yeah a lot of them have shown up at Dollaramas across the country. Right now the sighting of the Nova/Moonknight, etc. wave is just the one, but I am pretty sure they'll pop up at other Dollaramas soon enough.

As a follow up to the My Hero Academia sports arena I posted last time, the same Dollarama now has the regular 5-inch figures to go with it. My son actually got the Izuku figure last Xmas - it’s a nicely sculpted fig, well worth $4.

Picked up a couple of the My Hero Academia sports arenas when I saw them today. Even the cashier was surprised at the price.

Saw at two different Dollarama these world's smallest action micro figures mighty Morphin power Rangers figures.
They seem to have everyone except Tommy.

They are a bit tall. They come up to about halfway up the sabertooth zord.
My wife got me 4/5 Gundam Figures to build the Zaku for Christmas, and today I randomly found Wing Gundam to finish it off. So I was able to complete the BAF.
