My location last time I was there was only like 10% of a shelf space when 2 years ago it was a half a wall, and during pandemic, a whole wall.

Considering a couple of waves in the past year were clearly stated to not be showing up at Walmart/Target in the US it won't surprise me if more and more ML becomes Fan channel retail exclusive product.
Then when a big media push comes along they will gladly take a movie wave.

Maybe a weird question, but: for a custom project, I'm looking for necks from ML figures, similar to the kind used on Hank Pym in the West Coast Avengers set. It's a separate piece that attaches the head to a ball joint in the torso.
From Googling I think maybe Matt Murdock from the No Way Home wave might work, Tracksuit Mafia as well and maybe even Molecule Man? If you can verify or point me in the direction of other figures that would work, I would appreciate it!

Tracksuit Mafia figure is now $50 at TRU now, so I wouldn't look at that one for customs (or for any other reason).
