Heard the Walmart Exclusive Lizard is not going to be preorderable at Walmart.ca. Any ideas how to get it?

I'm wondering if the worst case scenario is where it may not be available for pre-order, but eventually ends up being released online at Walmart.ca (albeit briefly) like the Walmart exclusive Dr. Strange figure?

It may actually have been $62.99 a few days ago and just changed to $69.99 recently, because I saw this morning that TRU has raised their toy prices AGAIN.

The Star Wars 4-inch TVC figures used to be $25+tax only days ago, and this morning they are now a whopping $27+tax! $30 for a 4-inch figure?!?

So TRU may have increased prices across the board on ML as well as SW.
