They screwed me over on the Snow Serpent. It never did arrive. That was my que to stick to home delivery going forward.

For me GameStop has cornered the market on action figures with the Edge discount. I do hope they realize this and don't do something silly like removing it.

That sounds like a brokerage fee. Definitely not "duties" as toys do not get charged with "duties". Canada Post charges a 9.95 handling (or brokerage) fee plus tax. Couriers charge varying brokerage fees. UPS tends to be the worst because they base their brokerage fee on the value of the items shipped.

Another possibility is BBTS may have put the wrong value on the customs form. This has happened to me and you can dispute it and apply for a refund of the overcharge. Definitely check the breakdown and see what it says.
