I pre-ordered the Purge Trooper into an EBGames store and it apparently released yesterday, haven’t got any messages that it’s available to pick up, should I check if it’s there?

With a captain Cardinal, do people see him as a Sith Trooper Captain or a differently coloured Captain like Phasma and Pyre?

A lot of EBs haven’t received it yet, but why not check?

I checked, not there. EBGames again missed the pre order date.

I had ordered my purge trooper for home delivery and it got shipped yesterday so I expect they will begin showing up in stores quite soon.

Functionally, is he not a Sith Trooper with a cape? Don't quote me but I heard he is rival of Phasma or something.

Compared to the Sith troopers, his armour is more classic. They have distinct markings and a smaller headpiece. Just curious, as to what people interpreted him as.

He's just another FO Stormtrooper Captain, on par with Phasma, but with red personalized armour instead of the chrome.
The similar colour to the Sith Troopers is just coincidence. He is part of the First Order, not originating with the Sith fleet on Exegol.
He's actually dead before Episode 9.
