There is an unsigned version and it retails for $49 USD. I think there may be a chance like you said that the $69 CAD price tag is for the unsigned and they made a mistake with the description

It may only be this store (130th RCSS in Calgary) because they have over 30 figs as pictured?
I checked a second store a few days ago and they were around $15 there.

That Red Hood is fantastic.
Best version of RedHood that McF is doing, and the last McF figure with guns...sadly.

And for anyone who isn't able to get the first version, McFarlane is doing two new versions of Red Hood, although neither will have gun accessories.
One will be from the Gotham Knights video game (along with a new Nightwing) and the other will be from the wave based on the Three Jokers comic book storyline.

Here's a pic of the upcoming Swamp Thing mega figure to be released at regular mass retail.
There will be a Gamestop variant with antlers based on the New 52 version of the character (no pic yet).
