I don't have any of the female figs from ROC, but Destro and SS seem to be one of the taller figures. I think everything is pretty close to scale with MU, as you can see. I doubt Scarlet is taller than Destro.

PS: has anyone seen Cobra Commander? Is he in another wave? I went back today and couldn't see him.

No worries. If you do end up doing the custom, please post it cause I'd like to see what you end up doing with it. An MU Blackwidow is something I've been really waiting for.

I've only seen TROC CC at the WMs. At one WM I found a case of figures, where I picked up an Ice Viper and Paris Pursuit SS. Another WM only had TROC CC... like someone grabbed every figure but him.

I got my first live look at these guys today and think they are a nice toy line. The big movers like SS and SE were all long gone but even the bunch I saw were cool.

Re: Who's going to collect the RoC toys?

Is it my imagination or did Hasbro mix up parts from the 25th figures and the VvV figures to make some of these guys? Some of them look less poseable than the 25th figures except that could just be the dark painting on them.

All I can say is these movie toys are a lot more abundant than the 25th figures were. I might get several of them to have a Rise of Cobra collection next to my TFTM 07 and Revenge of the Fallen collection.

That being said, I might sell or trade off all of my old JvC/VvV/DtC figures and just stick to having 1 Joe collection made up of 25th and RoC figures.

The only thing I plan on picking up is the Pit.

Both of which I bought first. After seeing the film I will get the entire main GI Joe cast. and will continue to fill the ranks of Cobra Vipers. The Cobra Gunship is a must buy too. I'm a big fan of anything that was in the movie.

I've only seen the 2nd wave once and am regretting not buying a Paris pursuit Storm Shadow.

Re: Who's going to collect the RoC toys?

Wasn't into this line but lately have started finding some very sweet figures on the shelves during my US travels and changed my mind.

I've picked up a few extra ROC Crimson Neo-Viper, Para-Viper, Cobra Eel, and Flash Gambello during my recent US travels. All are super sweet figures...basically anything in this line with a mask instead of a face ends up working. LMK if anyone needs.

Also found the TRU exclusive ROC 3pk Senior Ranking Officers set with Cobra Viper, Destro and Elite-Viper....also pretty sweet.

Ditto 3 of the 4 Target Exclusives figure/vehicle packs:

Cobra Eel w/ Wave Crusher
Air-Viper Commando w/ Cobra CLAW
James "Grand Slaw" Barney w/ Air Assault Glider

Pretty sure none of that has hit the Toronto scene yet (or has it?)...this line is definitely heating up.
