Has GIJoe ROC Collection1 Wave 2 been released?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know if GIJoe Rise of Cobra Collection1 Wave2 been released in Canada yet?

It is the one with
Duke (Reactive Armor)
Scarlett (Desert Ambush – Reactive Armor)
Snake Eyes (Paris Pursuit)
COBRA Commander
Ice-Viper
Storm Shadow (Paris Pursuit – Unmasked)

Some websites reports it is/was released July4 with the other waves but so far i haven't seen any of these toys in the stores at all

I've only ever seen this wave at Marlborough Wal-Mart. And that was just one of each figure. i picked up all, save CC which wasn't there.

I got Duke in Reactive Armor, Snake Eyes Paris Pursuit, COBRA Commander and Storm-Shadow Paris Pursuit July 1st at a Wal-Mart at 400 & Hwy 7, they had the big four-sided display out and it was loaded with these figures.

So it looks like sporadic and only at Walmarts? Any sightings for this wave at Vancouver BC area Walmarts? I've checked New West Walmart last week but so far nothing.

Shawnessy Wal-Mart and northland Wal-Mart in Calgary have this wave, but only one of each.
It seems to be a mixed up case of sorts, from what the Toy manager at one store told me.

what color is the timber with the paris snake-eyes?

He is black with gray around the face and muzzle. I checked last night.

Is there a variant in the Timber already?
