Re: What are NHL dragon imports?

^ seriously? Sounds like the AB pallet they need here. Unless they're the same figures from last year? Guess they haven't heard about this phrase called 'team distribution area'. LOL

Re: What are NHL dragon imports?

I don't know how many new figures were made. Matthews and Laine, but which other figures would be brand new?

Re: What are NHL dragon imports?

Looking at their page:
http://nhlfigures.com/en/six-inch/

With their player faces so... off... a lot of these guys are just repaints of certain poses from what I can see. Although I am not sure of their manufacturing process at all.

Laine and Matthews look 'new' for this year... but then Naslund has the exact pose as Matthews. Belfour looks like a repaint of a previous goalie. Drai is in a different pose from his World Cup release last year, but is probably also a repaint.

Of the others I saw, they look like repacks: Toews, Buf, Pacioretty, Pavelec, Crawford. McDavid, Monahan and Gio had releases a few years ago.

Re: What are NHL dragon imports?

Looks like Draisaitle, Laine and Matthews are the only *new* releases of current players.

Then they have those retro ones like Roy that appear to be new as well.

Mcfarlane did a lot of repaints too so that isn't too surprising. I'm pleased to see them with a bit of focus on the Jets as those are the only ones I buy. I got the Buff Heritage classic one exclusive to MTS center last Christmas.
