More seriously, it seems okay but I just can't get excited about this. Say what you will about how the prequels were executed, you still got the sense that they were an integral part of the saga. Ever since The Empire Strikes Back was released with "Episode V" in its crawl and the original movie was re-released with "Episode IV" added it was clear that episodes 1-3 would be coming at some point, plus they were being made by the original creator of the series. This new movie, on the other hand, is basically just another EU spin-off except on-screen. Instead of signalling the return of Star Wars and the completion of the saga like the prequels did it's just yet another way to milk the cash cow.
Might still be a good movie, but I'll wait for the reviews before I see it.
