Hope you enjoy it man, its a pretty good figure, only downside is that I feel that it could have come with another face (angry/yelling face looking straight) and perhaps another pair of hands.
But an exclusive figuarts for $40 bucks, Im pretty happy with the purchase.

GI Joe 30th Anniversary Lifeline, Zombie Viper, and Steel Brigade (Version 2)
The Zombie vipers are awesome figures! Hasbro did a great job with them!

Got my Wind Raider and Vigo the other day. I have to say that Wind Raider is one of the best toys I've every owned, its perfect, the detail on it is simply amazing, paint and sculpt is perfect. Looks insanely good on display with the flight stand, and its super fun to play with (had a little battle with my son). I've had many vehicles from different lines over the years and this has to be one if not the best vehicle (the only one i can think that might be better is the GI Joe vintage night raven) I've ever owned. And for the $45 it cost.. its cheap compared to the crap at retail.
As for the Vigo figure, I'm disappointed by the lack of a deamon head but I love the way he towers over the Ghostbusters. Good to have him in the collection.
