Hey guys, long time listener first time caller. I don’t go through Amazon for figures anymore as they don’t deliver on their orders. I’ve been using EB games and get 10% off plus no delivery fee and they have never short changed me. And no I don’t work there... hahahahaha

I need a hassle-free way to cancel preorders, so even with their poor fulfillment record, I'll still stick with Amazon.

....Though that's probably why they have issues. They oversell preorders and assume cancellations will balance things out.

Just be careful about this. During our original lock down I ended up doing bunch of edge discounts adjustments after the lockdown was up...they banned me from doing any returns for 3 months.

Store wouldn't give me an answer...GM wouldn't give me an answer and never heard back from corporate.

I never was given a clear reason either way...

Damn how much we talking though? And were they straight returns or all rebuys for the discount?
