I actually quite like these, fun unique designs. That Mr. Freeze is also pretty massive and could probably fit in in many different places.

AT first when I saw that Batman I thought it was a "Return of Bruce Wayne" wave but it's an original story I guess? Just a similar cavemen Batman look.

I like the unique design for Freeze.

We can't assume that for 2 reasons:
Likeness license is case by case. Marvel Legends could get Tom Holland but not Andrew Garfield.
Joker's likeness may be easier to skirt around due to the makeup. Same goes for Tom Hardy with the mask.
We don't know which of these toys McFarlane paid a likeness license for.

Probably used to wrong suggested retail price. Amazon is kinda weird that way. Same with Walmart.

That being said, retailers can mark up their figures. Or lower their price point. Just don't buy the mark up ones.
