Speculation that this will be revealed as Walmart exclusive. If so, then so far, every RAM has been and exclusive.

The other rumoured exclusive is NF Shockwave. However that is more rumour/speculation than actual fact so far.

Since I'll probably be using Pulse now because of free shipping option and the exclusives, have couple questions. Do out of stock preorder items ever get restocked or show up instock on the release date? Wishing I preordered the Vamp now (and Scarlet Spider-man and some others). Also, is order processing usually very slow for instock items? Saw post here last week that Crimson Strike Team went on sale so I ordered that but still waiting to ship.

Yes typically out of stock preorders will see a restock. it might not be the same day as its released. but usually within a few weeks to a month after release. They usually have a pretty good stock on the pulse exclusives. You will see the Vamp go back up.
Yes processing is usually pretty slow. Even with the Vamp being released on the 12th it still might be another week or so before it actually ships out

Confirmed that the figure is Shockwave. He comes with Firefly's backpack and drone. Alternate Shockwave head with hat and some Big Ben weapons. $55 usd if I remember correctly.
